Hall of
Fame March 2001. I stood on the start line with Ethel with my heart in my throat. My palms sweat as I survey the course one last time I knew what we still needed, two open agility titles to become a Hall of Fame kennel. Both Ethel and Smokey (littermates) were entered that day, each one needing one qualifying open run to complete any one of their titles. My previous runs had been less than spectacular much less qualifying. No pressure, uh ... right! The time keeper says "go when ready " one last deep breath and we're off! As we cross the finish line I check with Judi, did you see any hands up, any bars down??? NO! A quick check of the scribe sheet, we are under course time with a qualifying run. One title down, one to go. Smokey's up next and as always, Teresa does a marvelous job of guiding "Mo" through the course. All bars up, no faults and another spectacular qualifying run. Instant Hall of Fame status for our kennel. In fact a triple play as our Ch. Firecreek's Outta the Blue and Casa Blanca's Rollin In Clover also attained Hall of Fame status in the same instant. Since 1977, Firecreek has been producing top winning show and performance dogs. The top performing agility trio below have accumulated nearly 70 agility titles alone. They are an excellent example of the accomplished dogs that enabled us to obtain Hall of Fame status with the Australian Shepherd Club of America. Visit our agility page for a complete listing of their titles, accomplishments and our history page for more information on our dogs and historical Firecreek photographs.
Firecreek's Blue Flame Even though we have owned and produced many more titled dogs, the following dogs enabled us to receive these prestigious titles. For additional photographs and pedigrees, please see our history page.
